flowio built a series of workflows for a UK based mortgage broker to automate the process of publishing social media posts across multiple platforms. As a compliant industry, we combined this with a custom locally hosted dashboard, and a human-in-the-loop approval process to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Job Scheduling and Dispatch Efficiency
Using Google Distance Matrix API, we architected a solution for a UK based Boiler Installation company to automate the process of finding the best and most efficient engineer travel routes from postcode to postcode. Previously done manually - this transformed job scheduling and dispatch, saving significant time and overhead costs.
Outbound Booking AI Voice Agent
We helped a UK based home service company re-engage over 4000 existing customers to get them booked in for their annual service. Using a combination of AI voice and SMS, we automated the entire process, including a full booking system using Go High Level, ServiceM8, Elevenlabs API and n8n. We developed a full session and queue database system alongside to ensure that the system could handle the load of thousands of concurrent calls and messages.
